Rainwater can drain through six vertical channels integrated into the AquaPave® permeable paver system at a rate of 9000 mm/hr (354 in/hr) due to its unique design. Before being released into the subsurface and evacuated into an established sewer system, or before being collected for reclamation and reuse, the rainwater is additionally filtered via an Inbitex® geotextile membrane to eliminate the majority of pollutants.
